REFUND &
CANCELLATION POLICY

1. overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Clients may cancel their engagement with Scale Force and request refunds for services rendered. This policy applies to all service agreements between Scale Force and its Clients, and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
Scale Force is a digital marketing and growth consulting agency registered at 51 Black Peak Boulevard, Industrial Zone Hladilnika, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Monthly Retainer Agreements
Either party may terminate a monthly retainer agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to the other party. Upon receipt of a cancellation notice:
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No additional billing will occur after the current billing period concludes.
- All scheduled campaign work, reporting, and optimization will be delivered through the end of the notice period.
2.2 Project-Based Agreements
For one-off projects such as audits or consulting engagements:
- Cancellation is permitted at any time by providing written notice via email.
- The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the Client (e.g. software subscriptions, stock assets) will be billed in full.
2.3 Immediate Termination by Scale Force
Scale Force reserves the right to terminate any engagement immediately and without prior notice if:
- The Client engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- The Client’s business or advertising practices violate the terms of service of advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- The Client materially breaches the Terms and Conditions or this policy.
- Payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days despite written reminders.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Before Campaign Work Begins
If the Client cancels the engagement before any campaign work has commenced (including strategy development, creative production, account setup, or media buying):
- A full refund of any prepaid retainer fees will be issued.
- A 10% administrative fee will be deducted to cover onboarding, account setup, and consultation time already invested.
3.2 After Campaign Work Has Commenced
Once campaign work has begun, the following applies:
- Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. This includes strategy development, creative assets produced, campaigns launched, and consulting hours delivered.
- Any unused portion of prepaid fees that covers future work not yet performed will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms is managed by those platforms and is not refundable by Scale Force.
3.3 Performance Disputes
If the Client believes that services have not been delivered as outlined in the agreed proposal:
- The Client must raise a formal written complaint within 14 days of the disputed service period, sent to dinko@scaleforceglobal.co.
- Scale Force will review the matter and respond within 10 business days.
- Where justified, ScaleForce may offer a partial credit applied to a future invoice, an adjustment to the scope of work at no additional cost, or in exceptional circumstances, a partial refund.
- Scale Force does not guarantee specific performance outcomes (such as ROAS targets or revenue figures), as results are influenced by external factors including market conditions, product-market fit, and platform algorithm changes. Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of campaign performance.
3.4 Creative Assets
Refunds for creative production work (ad creatives, video content, ad copy) are handled as follows:
- If creative work has not yet begun, a full refund will be issued for that portion of the engagement.
- If creative work is in progress or has been delivered, fees for that work are non-refundable, as the intellectual effort and production time cannot be recovered.
- All completed creative assets will be delivered to the Client regardless of the cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Send a written request via email to dinko@scaleforceglobal.co, including your company name, the date of the original agreement, and the reason for the request.
Step 2: Scale Force will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days.
Step 3: A review will be conducted and a decision communicated within 10 business days of acknowledgement.
Step 4: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
5. Post-Cancellation Handover
Upon termination of the engagement, Scale Force will provide the following within 14 business days:
- Full access handover of all advertising accounts and platforms managed on behalf of the Client.
- Delivery of all completed creative assets, campaign data, and performance reports.
- A summary document outlining active campaigns, audience segments, and recommended next steps.
Scale Force is not responsible for campaign performance after the handover date. Any ongoing campaigns will need to be managed by the Client or their new agency partner.
6. Changes to This Policy
Scale Force reserves the right to update this Refund& Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. The version in effect at the time of your engagement will apply to any refund or cancellation request.
